Our founder began their professional journey at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where they spent 3 years building a strong foundation in customer-focused banking and global financial practices.
The next chapter unfolded at YES Bank, where a 9-year tenure offered deep exposure across various verticals - ranging from retail and corporate banking to financial advisory. Here, the founder honed a sharp understanding of client-centric solutions and strategic wealth management.
Most recently, a 3 year leadership role at IndusInd Bank, particularly at Pioneer Banking, allowed the founder to offer specialised services to high net-worth individuals and businesses, refining a personalised approach to finance that now defines Optima Finserve.

After beginning her career with HDFC Bank, she quickly realised her passion lay in deeper, more personalised client interaction. That passion lead her to Jainam Broking Limited, where she honed her advisory skills and gained a strong foundation in investments instruments.
Eager to align her work with meaningful, high impact wealth strategy, she then moved to Motilal Oswal Private Wealth, a space that allowed her to immerse herself in private client management. Her ability to understand unique financial goals - and communicate solutions with clarity - has made her a trusted advisor to clients across the spectrum.
